    Over the past 3 or 4 years I have purchased the Macbook Pro, the iPhone, the iPad, and last month the iMac. I'm having problems getting all of my devices to sync and Apple wants to charge me $29.99 for Apple Care to help me.... but I just spent $1300 buying the iMac last month!!! The reason Apple is giving me is that my iMac is successfully syncing with iCloud but my other devices aren't and since my other devices are not new purchases then basically I'm SOL. I am obviously a fan of Apple products or I wouldn't have bought them all, but I think it's preposterous that I can't get help with getting all of my devices to work together efficiently when I add a new device to the mix! Apple, PLEASE reconsider your policy here because it's really upsetting.
