"Apple ID Disabled"

    For some unknown reason my apple ID was disabled. I reset everything they suggested in their "support" website. While I can sign on to itunes again I have lost my library and I still can't purchase anything with the ID. Even though it is "reset" everytime I go to make a purchase it says it is disabled. Months now this has been going on. Apple Sucks.
